For organisations

Tell us who you need. We’ll start with understanding why.

Staffing needs vary from one setting to another. Share your requirements with CareRise Group so we can discuss the role, the experience needed and the arrangements that must be confirmed before a placement begins.

Enquiry types

Types of staffing enquiry

Tell us which kind of support you are exploring. Each enquiry is discussed individually.

  • Planned temporary cover

Cover you can see coming — for example absence, leave or a known gap in the timetable or rota.

  • Short-notice staffing enquiries

Requirements that arise at short notice. We will tell you honestly whether we are able to help.

  • Longer-term assignments

Ongoing placements where continuity for the people being supported is especially important.

  • Permanent recruitment enquiries

Help finding candidates for roles you intend to employ directly.

Please note

Service options and availability are confirmed individually. An enquiry does not guarantee staffing cover.

Our workers

What we look for in the workers we propose

Checks show whether someone is suitable on paper. We also look for the qualities that make a support worker good at the job, and we discuss them with every candidate.

  • Patience and warmth

Staying calm, kind and consistent, including on difficult days.

  • Noticing and listening

Picking up on how someone is feeling and responding to what they need, not what is convenient.

  • Following the plan

Working within the setting’s policies, each person’s agreed plans and the direction of the staff in charge.

  • Speaking up

Knowing that any worry about someone’s safety is reported straight away, and how to report it.

  • Respect for the person

Protecting dignity, privacy and choice, especially during personal care.

  • Clear communication

Accurate handovers and records, and honest feedback to the setting and to us.

Where a setting requires specific training, such as a named behaviour support or physical intervention approach, we only propose workers who hold it.

The process

How a staffing enquiry works

  1. Step 1: Share your requirements.

Tell us the setting, location, responsibilities, hours and proposed start date.

  2. Step 2: Discuss suitability.

We clarify the skills, experience, checks and induction arrangements relevant to the role.

  3. Step 3: Confirm arrangements.

Availability, suitability, checks and terms must be confirmed before work begins.

  4. Step 4: Maintain communication.

Feedback helps identify concerns and support continuity.

Before you enquire

Helpful to have ready

  • The type of setting and the general location
  • The role, main responsibilities and any training it requires
  • Days, hours and a proposed start date
  • How the worker will be inducted and who will supervise them
  • Any checks your setting requires before someone starts
  • Any approach your setting uses that workers must be trained in, such as a named behaviour support or physical intervention programme

Keep personal information out of enquiries

Please don’t include the names or personal details of children or the people you support in your enquiry. We can discuss what is needed safely later.
